Adam Bruce, the owner/president, has been in the mortgage industry for over a decade with positions held in deed-in-lieu (pre-foreclosure), lien release (transfers), post-closing (insuring & guaranteeing), mortgage processor (post-origination till funding), and a mortgage originator in both residential & commercial transactions, with the expertise to process both Qualified and Non-Qualified Mortgages.

Experience using Loan Origination System (LOS) include AS400, Encompass360, MeridianLink (formerly LendingQB), and BytePro. Plus, many more required systems needed for processing a mortgage transaction.

As a top-producer, the average close time for a transaction is within 1-2 weeks with a one-and-done mentality when submitting to underwriting for initial review.

Meaning, the transaction is "pre-underwritten" prior to initial submission to underwriting to request documents needed, based on structure of each transaction. This avoids needless re-submissions to underwriting and more importantly transaction delays.

We strive to obtain a final approval from underwriting during the initial submission to underwriting for faster closings!

Processing Fees

Purchase & Refinance (Conv, FHA, & VA) - 0.002% of the Loan Amount or maximum $700 & minimum $300

Post-origination to funding, with over a decade of experience.

Refinance (FHA-Streamline, VA-IRRRL) - 0.001% of the Loan Amount or maximum $500 & minimum $300

Post-origination to funding, with over a decade of experience.

New Builds, CalHFA, Non-QM, & Jumbo - $200

Add an additional $200 to the overall transaction.

Resubmission - $200

Add an additional $200 to the overall transaction.

Co-Borrower(s) - $100

Add an additional $200 to the overall transaction for each co-borrower (excluding spouse).

Note: Borrower's pay thru escrow unless instructed otherwise by the broker per each transaction

Unfunded Transactions - $300 (Flat Rate)

Broker's responsibility to submit quality transactions or compensate the processors "personally" for non-funded (but processed) transactions based on case-by-case and the overall volume a broker provides.

Bruce Enterprise, LLC. accepts cash, checks, money orders, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all debit or major credit cards. Please make checks to Bruce Enterprise, LLC and all electronic debit or credit card payments are subject to 2.6% + $0.10 cents processing fee.
